Spin-off creation
After the completion of an internal feasibility study and incubation phase, a typical imec spin-off raises seed money to develop its first product and to get commercial traction. Throughout the complete start-up process, imec partners with collaborative VC’s (CVC’s), which help finetune the start-up's business plan with their expertise and network.
